We totally agree with this One Roof news item (LINK ATTACHED ABOVE) - there are plenty of "cowboys" in our inspection industry and our industry is not licensed - IT SHOULD BE.
Anyone can wake up one day and decide to be a building inspector, they need no building knowledge, no building qualifications - IT IS WRONG - and clients won't know until they get a sub standard report or buy a home with an issue.
