Karl – I wish to advise you that our house was successfully sold at auction last night.

It was sold for $3.150m, with which we were particularly happy.

As a matter of interest, there was huge interest in the auction, which was held on site at 6.30pm and there were well in excess of 100 people who attended, with bidding from 5 people.

Not one of the 82 “groups” (ie a representative of a party one or more persons) who visited during the marketing campaign sought an alternative Building Inspection Report, which is testament to the comprehensive and thorough report that you prepared and which was made available to all.
