My name is Bobby Furci, I have been in the building industry for approximately 40+ years with projects ranging from custom-built homes to multi-family and light commercial work. Over this time I have worked closely with Architects, Engineers, Designers, Developers, Suppliers and Trades.
I hold an LBP licence and utilise it with my construction background to do home inspections full time with What's Up House Inspections where I am well supported.
Because of the quality reports I am able to provide my clients, it is rewarding and satisfying knowing I am helping them with one of the biggest financial decisions they will ever make.
My field inspections are methodical, comprehensive and documented with pictures and a very detailed report. This provides the information required by my clients so they can make the best decisions when purchasing a property.
