At Whats Up House Inspections we strive to give you "our client" the best service possible, the most informative and accurate report possible - so when you buy your home there are no surprises.
We only have BOINZ Accredited Building Surveyors or Licensed Building Practitioners who have all been through our specialised "Whats Up House Inspections" training.
We use the latest equipment and we upskill regularly to ensure we are up to date with changes in the building industry.
We don't offer to do the repair work for you - we don't offer to sell the materials to you for repair work. We do recommend tradespeople/companies that we have found to give good service and provide quotes/quality work in your area.
We will estimate on repairs where required and where possible (which is important when you are in a hurry). We estimate all the time so we are usually quite accurate.
All our Surveyors/Inspectors hold Professional Indemnity Insurance and Public Liability Insurance to protect you if we make an error.
We get most of our work through "word of mouth". So - if you have employed "Whats Up House Inspections" to do your pre purchase report, marketing report, rental property check, exterior report or new home handover report we thank you!
